Error writting Android image to mSD

When I try to burn the Android image in Startup in the SD always fails

1. Formatting the card...
   
2. Start Burning...
   
3. [pheonix card_00]Burn Sucess

What can I do to burn the image succefully?.I'm using a Kingston 16gb microSD HC class-10 uhs-1.

I've found the answer in another forum:
you need to unplug the SD card reader and replug it while PhoenixCard is still opened.
Then hit burn again and this time it will work!

my solution is format with phonix 3.0.6 and burn with phonix 3.1.0 ,for files look our fb group https://www.facebook.com/groups/1483270805309190/

Use Windows XP and PheonixCard works pretty good. You can install Windows XP with Virtual Machine.
