Why all android firmwares set 720p instead written 1080p in settings? KODI say 720p in system information.

I think because resolution is defined in sys_config.fex file, before Android compilation.

You should know that it's still emulated resolution, even if you change it via wm size. For example, youtube app still won't allow 1080p playback.
