I would like to implement rtorrent kodi to download torrent but does not work from the PC browser.

What did you do exactly?

OpenELEC repo doesn't work because it doesn't include H3 architecture. Noone provided full repo here. Check FAQ section for one repo which has some programs.

403: ForbiddenUnauthorized IP Address.
Either disable the IP address whitelist or add your address to it.
If you're editing settings.json, see the 'rpc-whitelist' and 'rpc-whitelist-enabled' entries.
If you're still using ACLs, use a whitelist instead. See the transmission-daemon manpage for details.

solved must not remove the asterisks on IP

Please anybody clarify. I'm on latest openelec build. Installed rtorrent service. Opened eeb interface and I have message that rtorrent configuration is wrong, can't connect to rtorrent.

Logged via ssh and I can run rtorrent, but web interface still throws the same error message. How to get rtorrent web interface working?

rtorrent doesn't even work in official OpenELEC builds and nobody cares to fix it. So it doesn't work here either. Use transmission instead.
