Orange Pi Pardus arm (how can I install)

Hello,
I have an OPI WIN Plus and I want to install an operating system (pardusarm)which is doesn't in orange pi's website. Actually , it is for rasperry pi 2/3
Is there a way to boot it on OPI WIN plus.It has not need to be a easy way. I want to try learning it.
