OPi Plus 2 using SoC PHY instead RTL

Hello,Because my ethernet chip is damaged, I wondered if it is possible to use the internal PHY  built-in the SoC .I tried to set the script.bin file and I modified the parameter that allows use the internal PHY (gmac_used =2). The driver gmac0 show me there's a PHY device, but ethernet connector lights do not work.Thank you.
