Can you confirm if VP9 and H.265 Main10 are supported with Allwinner H5 ?

Allwinner website states it does http://www.allwinnertech.com/ind ... p;a=index&id=57
but H5 datasheet doesn't and in H5 android image it doesn't play such videos either.

Is this a matter of software or H5 doesn't actually have the appropriate hardware to do so and allwinner simply lied on their website ?
