This firmware posted by @bluesman is not Android TV.

It's a normal Android with very few configuration options. After installing I went to factory reset but I didn't find how. There is no data about the device, it's really bad (sorry for the sincerity).

I've had my OPI5B for 3 days, honestly, it's weak in Android images.
