driver compilation

Could somebody help my to compile this driver? http://sourceforge.net/projects/libwebcam/
I would like to use pan and tilt function with my webcam.

Hi,

All you need to do this is:

- kernel headers (linux/videodev2.h and linux/uvcvideo.h)
- LibXML 2 development files (usually from the libxml2-dev package)
- gengetopt (optional)

and cmake
or take your e-mail address and I'll send you a package compiled.
