Orange Pi H3 network connection failed.

Hello, Everybody.
I am a linux developer. I have built ubuntu12.04 for Orange pi H3 and runing it
By the way, networkmanager is not working after booting finished.
Ethernet device is not activated. Maybe networkmanger has some issues.
But I can active the ethernet device used "Ifconfig" command after booting finished.

If you have built ubuntu and used network connection, Please let me know what is the matter in Oragne Pi H3 PC.
