Hi everyone. As I explained in my introduction, my partner and I are right in the middle of building our diy portable console based on an Orange Pi to play games during our trips. The casing and wiring are coming together nicely, but right now I am stuck on a practical aspect and I need your opinions.

At first, I tried asking an ai for advice on choosing the 5V screen and battery management, but it gave me completely off-the-mark theoretical answers regarding actual power consumption. I prefer asking real people who have hands-on experience with this kind of build.
I have two important points to sort out : on one hand, what compact and power-efficient screen do you use to keep a decent battery life without making the board overheat too much ?

On the other hand, for breaks when we just want to play on browser-based gaming platforms over wifi, I am looking for feedback on smoothness. While reading an article on auto-moto about mobile entertainment and online gaming, I was wondering if browsing on this type of site runs well on Orange OS / Android or if Chromium struggles without dedicated hardware acceleration. If you have any feedback or screen models to recommend, I would gladly take them. Thanks in advance for your help.
