Boot stops - OPi PC2 v1.1

Hi,
the board's boot hangs up and here below the last lines got from the serial interface

Is there a way to fix this panic?
Thanks a lot for suggestions.

note: if I switch the SD card to an other OPi PC2 (same version v1.1), it boots flawlessly.
