Android hangs on boot screen

Hello, i have two questions :

I tried to flash (with phoenuxcard) several android images but all except from original android for opi2 hangs on boot screen, do you know what is wrong ?
I tried to flash zidoo but Phoenixcard does not accept .zip files ? How can i do ?
