Orange PI 2: no USB power

Hi all!

Yestarday I got a new Orange PI 2 board from Aliexpress and noticed two strangest things:
1. No power on both right USB ports. Voltmeter show nothing, connected devices are dead.
2. Left ports gives +5v without load. But if I connect any device (mice or kb), power disappears and devices still dead.

Ethernet port works propertly, system boots too, but I can't to use mouse and keyboard!
Used high-quality power supply adapter 5v/2A (powering from PC USB via included cable gives me same results).

I already have Orange PI PC board and no any problems with it, all three USB ports works normally.

Is my Orange PI 2 board broken?

Problem solved, ports activated during boot by properly kernel.
