Orange Pi A20 how to write the Lubuntu Image (Windows)?

I downloaded the Lubuntu Image from orangepi.org for my model. Unfortunately it is a xxxx.tar.gz archive containing a xxxx.tar File.
The xxxx.tar file contains two image files 0.img and 1.img
How can burn these two images on a SDCard with WinDisk Imager? I have no idea how to do. Can you help me please?
