I had tried LibreELEC on both Orange Pi PC [H3] and Orange Pi PC 2 [H5] and both are doing well.
If you love KODI, the LibreELEC is a nice OS.
The installation is simple too [no Phoenix required]
Simply:
a. Use SD Card Formatter to format the sd card.
b. Use Win32DiskImagger to write the rom
I used the nightly rom:
LibreELEC-H3.arm-10.0-nightly-20210801-1ce1adc-orangepi-pc.img
LibreELEC-H5.arm-10.0-nightly-20210802-6175dba-orangepi-pc2.img
