RK3399 - UART

Hello,

I try to use UART on the RK3399 board. The /dev/tty is protected I could use it if I do "chmod 777 /dev/tty" on shell. But I could not do this action with my app.

My question is how to open tty permanently or with app ?

Furthermore, I tried to modify the init.rc to apply these commands permanently but I could not find the boot.img for android.
