OrangePi 2G-IOT Modem Issue with Mono Serial Port

I'm using mono to access the modem.
when trying to open the serial port, i always get a md_tty_install result 0
and then the serial port will give Invalid Argument error at SerialPort.Open()

anyone try to code with the modem0 ?

I used the same setting with minicom and it seems working. but doesn't work with mono.
