Orange Pi PC no tv out on linux from sd, android from emmc works

Hi, as I stated on the title, my OPi PC works when booted from the preinstalled android image from the emmc, but it wont work from the sdI'm using the AV Out

I've tried both Ubuntu Vivid with Mate and Debian Jessie
Also, i've tried different script.bin, and also tried making mine, editing the lines found here

I'm using the PSU that came with the OPi, and also tried to switch to a PSP one
What can I do?

I've also tried android and armbian, but nothing worked
