I have same problem as you. From the first time I receive orange pi lite it have random green artifact sometimes but I thought because power problem. Recently my OPL show green screen of dead like your post. I fixed it by using solder iron applied heat to all pins near hdmi port to pcb. Some lead solder joint is defected, I guess it has from manufacturing, QC problem.

Edit: My board still have ESD chips.
