Wi-Fi How in the heck??!
Does the Opi pc have built-in Wi-Fi?If not, I don't understand how my Opi is doing this. I plugged a Wifi dongle in my Opi. Then I ran create_ap. When I did ifconfig, I had wlan0 connected to my router and wlan1 providing the access point. I was sure that there was some kind of mistake. I VNC'd into the Opi and I'm typing this now while connected to the access point andconnected to the internet through my router.
Is there a bonus built-in Wi-Fi on the Opi, or is the Access Point managing both an inbound and an outbound connection? I ordered a second $5 dongle and was planning todig into how to bridge the connections, but now I don't have to.
I just want to know who to thank! Yeee Haaaa!

I looked in dmesg and it looks like I need to thank loboris for the way he set up the access point or Mr Ubuntu or Mr RealTek. I think I
see the wifi dongle port switching. Please help me to activate my WiFi. I have a WiFi USb dongle connected and it seems to be recognized as WLAN but I have no clue how to enable the WiFi and to get it active.
google "nmcli examples" Red Hat has a great page.
https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-US/Red_Hat_Enterprise_Linux/7/html/Networking_Guide/sec-Using_the_NetworkManager_Command_Line_Tool_nmcli.html
To view the available Wi-Fi access points, issue a command as follows:
~]$ nmcli dev wifi list
SSID MODECHANRATE SIGNALBARSSECURITY
FedoraTest Infra11 54 MB/s98 ▂▄▆█WPA1
Red Hat GuestInfra6 54 MB/s97 ▂▄▆█WPA2
Red Hat Infra6 54 MB/s77 ▂▄▆_WPA2 802.1X
* Red Hat Infra40 54 MB/s66 ▂▄▆_WPA2 802.1X
VoIP Infra1 54 MB/s32 ▂▄__WEP
MyCafe Infra11 54 MB/s39 ▂▄__WPA2
To connect to MyCafe:
~]$ nmcli con add con-name MyCafe ifname wlan0 type wifi ssid MyCafe
If you need to add a Password for your connection, there are examples of that on the page, as well.
