I noticed your config.yaml for octoprint to start and stop the webcam did not include sudo. This caused issues for me despite copying your instructions verbatim.
After I added sudo to the start and stop commands mjpg-streamer started just fine.
Installing plugins seems to be a problem following this method...something to do with pip.
Not sure but editing the location to pip in Octoprint settings by including sudo in front of the path, fixes the problem but I get a security warning from Octoprint.
Unfortunately now I cannot get timelapse recordings to work... I have it on timed mode, and it fails to store any actual pictures in the timelapse/tmp directory.

i have installed the new Version in a new Armbian System.
Are now i have the Proble thats the autostart not runing and no permission when i logged in as octoprint. ls say this:
ls: cannot open directory .: Permission denied
anyone an idea?
Armbian 5.23 and Octoprint 1.3.0
