OrangePi 2G IOT

Can some one tell me why the serial connection is so crappy and also why i get this error i all ready try with 6 diff sd cards all of them boots normally but my problem is i cant connect the wifi and also im get one error
im try to change or to connect the device throught orangepi_settings but after rr the device stucks and it get hot too much

i have power supply 5 volts 3amps i think it ok and also the serial communication it look like crapyy if i press sudo orangepi_settings i cane undertand cuz it spamm this error
Pll are so lazy i traslate russian forum to find at least some answer for my problem and i see enought complains there about bad drivers and bad OS at all...
I dont give up so easy i will find the way but for sure the support is really low here
I follow the user manual but nothing happents .....
