orange pi zero tv out overscan
i tried to search for a solution, but it seems there's no answer anywhere :@i finally found the solution to my problem

using this tool i managed to fix my overscan issues :lol There are two versions of TV-OUT, PAL and NTSC. The default one is PAL with 50HZ, you should check wether your TV could support this format. mine supports both, how do i deal with overscan? pleb replied at 2017-6-25 23:47

So I should put all the files from the website into a directory somewhere on the OPZ and then run gcc on it? Does an executable file pop out of the compiler or do I have do some more things to make it an executable? I compiled a kernel for XENIX once wwaaaaayyyyy back in 1991, LOL! But I forgot how i did it...

So I do a wget on the "tvout" executable and chmod it and so forth...
