TV out Orange Pi Zero

Hello,
I'm having broken images from the TV out of my Orange Pi zero. I've tested on several TVs and external TV cards but the result is always the same. Video output is OKAY when Armbian is used as the OS on the same setup. I've checked the sys_config.fex file and TV settings seem to be okay (my little search on the internet says so).   

Need suggestions fixing this issue. Attaching an image of the lubuntu desktop on my TV screen as well as a part of the sys_config.fex file.
