Trash your windows and use linux!

windows can only "see" the fat partition. If you wanna manage ext partition with windows, you have to use this: http://www.ext2fsd.com/

If you want to access ext partitions under windows, you can use

J is you fat partition, under it seems that your disk has not ext partition :(
